Nabertherm fusing kilns for glass fusing and glass bending, top-loaders and table models, in 14 versions with AC590 controller
Nabertherm fusing kilns are made for creative glass processing. During fusing, pieces of glass are melted together at around 750 to 950 °C, bent over molds, or slumped. Whether you are creating bowls, pictures, jewelry, or large glass surfaces, these kilns deliver outstanding, reproducible results thanks to their uniform heat distribution. Every kiln is handcrafted in Germany and is supplied as standard with the AC590 controller.
Like all Nabertherm kilns, the fusing kilns are manufactured according to current safety standards, supplied with a CE declaration of conformity, and provided with a 36-month warranty.

Top-loader or table model, which fusing kiln suits you?
Nabertherm offers two designs that differ significantly in terms of loading and application.
The F-series is a top-loader. The lid opens upwards, the heating is located in the lid, and for models F 75 to F 220, it is also all around. Compact and round, ideal for hobbies and smaller workshops. The F 30 is a table model; the larger models stand on casters. The F-series covers usable areas from 0.13 to 0.47 m².
The GF-series is a table-style kiln with a hood. The glass lies on a flat, solid table, and the heating elements are protected in quartz glass tubes in the hood. This ensures particularly uniform heat over the entire surface, ideal for large and flat formats in professional use. The GF-series covers usable areas from 0.38 to 2.03 m². The models GF 420, GF 520, and GF 600 are available on request as a GFM version with an additional mobile table.
Regarding power connection: The smaller models F 30, F 75 L, GF 75, and GF 190 LE run on a standard 230 V household socket. All other models require a 400 V three-phase power connection, which must be installed by an electrician.
