Shipping policy

This English version is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies, the German version shall prevail and remain legally binding.

Shipping Times
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3 to 8 business days after payment has been received. Deliveries within Europe usually take 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries to countries outside Europe usually take 8 to 16 business days. In exceptional cases where delivery takes longer, we will inform you promptly via email.

Minimum Order Value
There is currently no minimum order value.

Shipping Within Germany
Shipping costs range from €6.90 to €59.50, depending on the order value or, for clay orders, on the weight of your order. For clay orders exceeding 100 kg, shipping costs are €119.00. The exact shipping costs depend on the ordered products and your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout. Shipping is carried out via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or GLS.

Shipping Within Europe
For deliveries within Europe, shipping costs range from €14.50 to €82.50, depending on the order value or, for clay orders, on the weight of your order. For clay orders exceeding 100 kg, shipping costs are €145.00. The exact shipping costs depend on the ordered products and your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping is carried out via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or GLS.

Shipping Outside Europe
For deliveries to countries outside Europe, we charge a flat rate of €49.50 per order. Clay deliveries outside Europe are only available upon request, as shipping must be arranged with a freight forwarding company. Shipping is carried out via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or GLS.
