Lindemann Trimming Aid Attachments – Gentle Hold for Demanding Shapes
The Lindemann trimming aid attachments are the ideal complement to the centering device and offer additional security when shaping ceramics. They have been specially developed to gently and firmly fix even unusual vessel shapes, such as wide bowls or tall vases. Thanks to the integrated ball bearings, the attachments rotate effortlessly with the workpiece, minimizing friction and protecting the delicate surface of the ceramic. This solves the problem of unstable workpieces during trimming, allowing full focus on the fine finishing of the bases. Available in two practical sizes, these attachments offer exactly the flexibility needed in the workshop to complete each piece with attention to detail.

Which Lindemann system is suitable?
The trimming aid attachments are specialized helpers for demanding shapes and require the presence of the Lindemann centering device. For the actual throwing process on the wheel, the Lindemann Bat System with bisque, MDF, or plastic inserts is also recommended to lift freshly thrown pieces from the wheel without deformation. This way, the creative vision is maintained from the first touch to the finished firing.
