KITTEC XT Professional-Line front loader in 10 variants from 80 to 1,026 liters

The KITTEC XT Professional-Line includes electric front loaders with heating elements on free-supporting support tubes instead of in grooved bricks. This allows for free radiation of the heating coils and ensures particularly efficient heat transfer. With kiln chamber sizes ranging from 80 to 1,026 liters, the XT series covers a broad spectrum – from compact workshop solutions to large-volume kilns for professional continuous use.

The heating coils are placed on high-quality Silimantin support tubes, the elaborate processing of which guarantees a particularly long service life. Unique to the XT series are the individually height-adjustable leg pairs (except for the XT 1000) – this allows the loading edge to be adapted to your personal needs. Also included as standard is the ESP Energy Saving Package with multi-layer premium insulation as well as an air inlet floor slide including a collection container.

Stability is provided by the SiC ceiling plate, the SiC floor cover, and the housing and frame made entirely of stainless steel. Extremely robust ASTM 26 lightweight refractory brick is used on the heavily stressed upper body edge. All models reach up to 1,320 °C. The standard equipment includes the TC 75 controller.

How do the KITTEC XT models differ within the series?

Within the XT series, the connected load increases from 8 kW for the compact XT 80 to 65 kW for the large-volume XT 1000. The smaller models from XT 80 to XT 270 are suitable for studios and workshops with regular firing requirements and benefit particularly from the individually adjustable loading height. From the XT 330 upwards, the capacity increases significantly – these models are designed for workshops and schools with high throughput or large workpieces. The XT 1000, with over 1,000 liters of kiln volume, represents the upper limit of the series.

Depending on your needs, the kiln can be equipped with additional accessories. Optional accessories are not included as standard unless expressly specified in the selected variant.

Optional accessories

• Peephole in the body: Observe the firing process without opening – ideal for glaze inspection.
• Leveling feet & Transport casters: Secure positioning or flexible moving.
  
• Lid heating: Additional top heat, continuously adjustable.
• Floor heating: More even bottom heat for dense or heavy kiln loads.
• Loading rack: Stainless steel frame for comfortable stacking of kiln shelves.

Electronic controllers

The standard equipment includes the TC 75. This controller is very well suited for typical ceramic firing curves and allows for the setting of a delay time, controlled heating, end temperature, holding time, and controlled cooling.

Those who also wish to record data can choose the kiln with the TC 95 (incl. WiFi and data recording). For more demanding firing programs, the TC 505, TC 705, and TC 707 are also available. Further controllers are available separately as standalone replacement parts.
