Kittec lid heater – continuously adjustable auxiliary heater for ceramic & glass
The Kittec lid heating element is a smart optional extra for many Classic and Professional line top-loading ovens. It allows for a continuously adjustable combination of side and top heat – ideal if you want to fire both ceramic and glass items.
The control for this lid heater isn't simply a toggle switch for "lid heater off" or "side heater off," but a continuously variable regulator that allows you to adjust the ratio of lid to side heaters as a percentage. This lets you tailor the heat distribution to the specific fuel being burned. It couldn't be more convenient!
This function transforms your oven into a true combination oven, suitable for both glass and ceramic firing. You benefit from perfect top heat, homogeneous temperature distribution, and maximum control.
