Gloves for Raku firing
Raku gloves are an essential tool for working safely during Raku firing. They provide reliable protection for your hands when removing glowing ceramics from the kiln and transferring them into the Raku box. Especially with the extreme temperatures involved in the Raku process, reliable heat protection is crucial.
Two versions are available depending on the application. This allows you to choose the appropriate level of protection based on the temperature range and intensity of use.
Technical data:
- Product: Raku gloves
- Version 1: Heat-resistant up to a maximum of 400°C
- Version 2: Heat-resistant up to a maximum of 1,000°C
Benefits:
- Reliable protection at high temperatures
- Ideal for Raku firing and working with glowing ceramics
- Two versions for different areas of use
- Increased safety when handling hot workpieces
The 400°C version is suitable for lighter applications and occasional use. The 1,000°C version is designed for demanding Raku processes and offers maximum protection during direct contact with very high temperatures.
