Our pottery courses
In collaboration with the artist Lara Marie Kainz (@Lamaka Keramik), we regularly offer pottery courses in Berlin – for beginners, advanced participants, children, and families.
It’s not about achieving the perfect result, but about the process: feeling the material, experimenting, switching off. An analogue balance to everyday digital life – in a relaxed atmosphere and without pressure.

Parent–Child Portrait Workshop
Next date: Saturday, 06 June 2026 in Berlin
Discover the traditional Nerikomi technique together with your child in this family-friendly workshop in Berlin. Using coloured clay bodies, vibrant patterns are created and directly embedded into the clay. The course is designed for children aged 6 and up accompanied by an adult, and invites you to create something unique together.
Schedule: The workshop takes place from 11:30 to 14:00 in Prenzlauer Berg. No prior experience is needed – all materials are provided.
Instructor: This workshop is organised and led in collaboration with Lara Marie Kainz (@lamaka_keramik). She is also available for any questions in advance.
Course fee: €75 per child including accompanying adult

Special Nerikomi Workshop
Next date: Sunday, 07 June 2026 in Berlin
Dive into the fascinating Nerikomi technique in this workshop and create your own ceramic plate with a unique, personal pattern. Coloured clays are layered and shaped using a rolling pin, then formed into a plate – a meditative process with a beautiful artistic result.
Schedule: The workshop takes place from 17:00 to 20:00 in Prenzlauer Berg. No prior experience is needed – all materials are provided.
Instructor: This workshop is organised and led in collaboration with Lara Marie Kainz (@lamaka_keramik). She is also available for any questions in advance.

Nerikomi Workshop
Next date: Sunday, 28 June 2026 in Berlin
Discover the fascinating Nerikomi technique in this workshop and create ceramics with your very own pattern. Coloured clays are applied in patterns onto a base plate using a rolling pin and then shaped – a playful process where colour and clay turn into small works of art.
Schedule: The workshop takes place from 12:00 to 15:00 in Prenzlauer Berg. No prior experience is needed – all materials are provided.
