Raku burners 20 kW & 30 kW propane/butane – extremely quiet & easily adjustable
The 20 kW Raku burner is a powerful, precisely controllable gas burner for use with Kittec RAKU kilns and other propane and butane-powered firing systems. It impresses with its very quiet operation, even flame distribution, and excellent controllability – ideal for delicate glaze work and controlled firing processes.
Thanks to its robust construction from heat-resistant materials and optimized air-gas mixture, the burner offers safe and efficient operation even during extended firing cycles. It is suitable for both stationary use in the studio and for mobile Raku applications outdoors.
Available variants:
- Raku burner 20 kW – for small to medium-sized RAKU kilns (e.g. CBG 40–100)
- Raku burner 30 kW – for larger kilns with higher firing chamber volume (e.g. CBG 150–200)
Technical data:
- Fuel: Propane or butane
- Power output: approx. 20 kW / 30 kW
- Gas pressure: adjustable, optimal range 0.5 – 2 bar
- Low noise thanks to optimized air supply
- Ignition: manual or external via piezo/throttle regulator possible
- Connection: Standard gas hose with 3/8" thread
- Material: Stainless steel / Brass (heat-resistant, durable)
