Nabertherm motorized air inlet flap for front-loading kilns
The motorized air inlet flap supplies the firing chamber with fresh air under program control. It opens and closes automatically via the extra function of the AC590 controller, for example to remove moisture during the drying phase and then close the opening again. This improves the firing process and shortens process times. The flap is installed in the kiln at the factory, so please order it together with a new kiln. Retrofitting is not possible.
Does it fit my kiln?
The motorized air inlet flap is available for the five-sided heated front-loading kilns of the N series and the NW series:
- N series front-loading kilns, N 100 to N 300, each also H
- NW series front-loading kilns, NW 150 to NW 660, each also H
It is not intended for the large N models N 440 and N 660, for the NE series or for the top-loaders, the fusing and glass kilns and the RAKU kiln.
Good to know
- Opens and closes automatically, controlled via the AC590 controller and programmable
- Not to be confused with the exhaust air flap, which lets the hot air out. The air inlet flap brings fresh air in
- Installed at the factory, please order together with a new kiln
Delivery
All prices include packaging and transport insurance. Delivery is free of charge within Germany together with the kiln you ordered.
