Nabertherm A25 cooling fan for front-loading kilns, for shorter cooling times
The A25 cooling fan noticeably shortens the cooling phase of your front-loading kiln and therefore the entire process time. You can unload earlier and fire more often. The fan works together with a motorized air inlet flap, which is included in the set, and is controlled by the AC590 controller. It is installed at the factory, so please order the fan together with a new kiln. Retrofitting is not possible.
Does it fit my kiln?
The A25 cooling fan including motorized air inlet flap is available for the five-sided heated front-loading kilns up to 300 liters:
- Front-loading kilns N 100, N 150, N 200 and N 300, each also in the high temperature version H
- Front-loading kilns with pull-out drawer NW 150, NW 200 and NW 300, each also H
For the larger models from 440 liters, that is N 440, N 660, NW 440 and NW 660, Nabertherm offers a controlled cooling system including fan instead. It is available on request, just get in touch via the contact form.
Good to know
- A25 cooling fan including motorized air inlet flap in one set
- Controlled via the extra function of the AC590 controller
- Installed at the factory, please order together with a new kiln
- Not available for the top-loaders, the NE series, the fusing and glass kilns or the RAKU kiln
