As part of the Professional-Line, these kilns are uncompromisingly designed for demanding continuous use in workshops, schools, and industry. Why the KITTEC XG-series is a pure professional tool

Even though the XG 250 is the smallest model in the series, it is not a classic beginner's kiln. Controlling a gas firing requires experience, as the process must be actively monitored. Furthermore, operation requires appropriate infrastructure (gas supply, exhaust, ventilation). However, those who seek the unique surface effects of reduction and wish to produce on an industrial scale will find the ultimate in gas technology here.

The KITTEC XG models in comparison: The XG series offers scalable solutions for various production volumes up to 1320 °C:

• Model XG 250: 249 liters usable space, 2 burners (40 kW). Ideal for demanding individual pieces and medium series.
• Model XG 350: 351 liters usable space, 3 burners (45 kW). The versatile all-rounder for regular firings.
• Models XG 500 to XG 1000: The production giants (503 to 1004 liters) with 4 burners and up to 80 kW of power for large-scale industrial series and XXL workpieces.

• Height-adjustable legs: For individual adjustment of loading height (for models up to XG 770).

Which KITTEC accessories are right for me?

A high-performance kiln like the XG needs the right foundation. We recommend our precisely fitting KITTEC kiln sets, which have been specially developed for the thermal stresses in gas firing. For precise control of the atmosphere, an upgrade to a digital, battery-operated temperature display makes sense. If you need to remain mobile, the underframe is already prepared for transport with a pallet truck (except XG 1000).

Electronic Controllers:

For gas kilns, the controller is chosen separately. The TC66 controller is the basic option. For more demanding firing programs, TC75, TC95, TC505, TC705, and TC707 are available. The kiln is also available without a controller upon request.
