Lightweight Refractory Bricks from Kittec up to 1400 °C
Lightweight refractory brick is a proven material for lining combustion chambers in temperature ranges up to 1400 °C. It ensures that the heat in the furnace is optimally concentrated and evenly distributed, allowing for stable and reproducible firing results.
Due to its low thermal shrinkage and high compressive strength, lightweight refractory brick is particularly durable. At the same time, it impresses with high thermal shock resistance and is ideal for fire-facing applications.
Lightweight refractory brick is used in tunnel kilns, chamber kilns, and in ceramic industry plants, among others. It is also suitable for coke, cracking, or aluminum melting furnaces.
