KITTEC CO Warning Device
Carbon monoxide is colorless and odorless. When operating gas kilns such as the CBG or XG series, a CO warning device is therefore part of the basic equipment of every safe workshop. The device continuously monitors the ambient air and triggers an alarm in good time if CO concentrations rise, long before it becomes dangerous.
When do I need a CO warning device?
Whenever a gas kiln is operated in an interior space. Even if there is good ventilation. Many KITTEC gas kilns, such as the CBG, are supplied with a CO warning device as standard; this product is intended for separate purchase, for replacing an expired device, or for a second location in the workshop.
