Amaco HF-26 High Fire Turquoise
Turquoise from Amaco's High Fire series is an intense, satin glaze in a bold petrol-turquoise. It produces a deep, vibrant color and beautiful high-fire effects in mid-range firing. It was originally part of the Sahara line.
Amaco's High Fire glazes combine popular tones from the former Sahara and Celebration series. They are stable, produce bold colors, and deliver interesting results in both oxidation and reduction firing. They are suitable for stoneware and porcelain.
Turquoise looks particularly beautiful on its own and can also be used as a base layer under other glazes.
