The banding wheel from the German family-owned company ABIG in the Black Forest is a precision-engineered tool for the exact throwing, decorating, and finishing of ceramics. Its smooth rotation allows for controlled work, especially when it comes to fine details and uniform shapes.
Made of high-quality, stainless zinc die-cast, the banding wheel is significantly heavier than comparable aluminum models. This increased weight ensures a particularly long and consistent spin – ideal for precise work without constant re-spinning.
The precision-machined, flat surface with integrated centering grooves allows for the exact alignment of workpieces and supports clean, symmetrical results.
